Our Mango Pickle, also called Avakaya, is a favorite in almost every Telugu home. We make it with raw mango pieces, red chili powder, mustard powder, garlic, and salt — all mixed with pure oil. Each mango piece is full of spicy masala, giving it a perfect sour and spicy taste.
